shipping & returns

 All orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days of purchase.

Orders will not be dispatched on public holidays, orders placed on these days will be sent out within the next two business days.

We use a courier service for all orders throughout New Zealand which is a track and trace service. Shipping is free in NZ on all our kits over $65, however you will be responsible for paying any additional shipping costs for any incorrect shipping addresses.

We do not ship to PO boxes.

We ship to Australia, USA & Canada, standard shipping rates apply. Due to lockdowns and shipping delays in the USA, we can't guarantee when your kit will arrive as it is flying to you from New Zealand!

Ff no one is around to sign for your kit, a card will be left and your kit will be available for collection from the couriers office or depot. Once a parcel is delivered to a local post office or collection point, we are unable to organise a redelivery for you.

If for any reason you have damaged goods upon arrival, please email us photos of the damage as soon as possible. We will make a claim to the courier company and start your refund or replacement process. Please do not send it back to us!
