REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Once an order is dispatched you can no longer cancel it or get a refund.
If your products arrive and something isn't quite right, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product detailing your concerns. If your product is faulty, missing parts or damaged, we will ship you a replacement. Please do not return faulty products back to us unless agreed over email.
All purchases are subject to the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
We value our customers and respect their privacy. Any information we collect about you is held with the utmost care and security, and only used by us if you have allowed us to.
When you visit our site, we collect information about your web browser, time zone, IP address, cookies that are installed on your device and how you interact with the site. The information we collect may be used to target advertising and marketing communications we think are relevant to you. We securely store your customer details and we do not sell, trade or share this information with anyone. When you place an order we use secure payment facilities to process all online credit card transactions, and never keep these details.
If you opt-in to email communications we may email you from time to time with marketing communications and news. You can opt-out any time by clicking the 'opt-out' button at the bottom of the email.
TERMS OF SERVICE
HANDSY is a trading name of "HANDSY. Limited" and herein may be referred to "We" or "Us". As used herein, "Customer" and "You" shall mean the person or organisation who takes possession of the products and any other person or organisation to whom charges are to be billed, all of whom will be jointly and severally liable hereunder.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
The placement of an order implies full acceptance of the Terms & Conditions as stated hereon and implied.
2. PRICE, CURRENCY + GST
All prices on this website are stated in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of the 15% Goods & Services Tax (GST). Orders will be processed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) only, we do not accept payments in other currencies. Handsy reserves the right to change prices of goods advertised on this website, without notice. Orders will not be dispatched until payment is received in full.

4. PROMOTIONS + DISCOUNTS
All promotions & discount codes are issued at the discretion of Handsy. We reserve the right to cancel any order which has unauthorised use of a discount code. Promotional offer & discount codes can only be used once per customer per promotion, unless specified. Promotional offer & discount codes will not be extended beyond the specified end date.
We accept payment via DPS secure card payment, PayPal and bank deposit. If payment is made via bank deposit or DPS the name that will appear on your statement will be Handsy.
6. GLAZING AND FIRING
The price of the kits on this website are not inclusive of glazing and firing costs. The cost to glaze and fire is at the discretion of the kiln. Kilns may refuse to glaze or fire pieces at any time. We do not take responsibility for clay that breaks during the drying, glazing or firing process.
7. WORKSHOPS: REFUNDS, TRANSFERS + CREDIT
If you can't make a class for any reason, unfortunately, we can't refund, transfer or give credit due to the preparation required for these workshops. All purchases are final. We encourage you to send a friend to take your spot instead.
These policies are in place as a courtesy to our host. We feel this is fair as our class sizes are limited, and by purchasing a ticket we are saving your spot and turning others away, as well as preparing and purchasing materials for each workshop based on tickets sold.
For this reason if you forget to attend or have a prior commitment we are unfortunately unable to provide a refund, credit or transfer.
